Girls Missions Camp 1        July 2-6

Simply download and print out the Camper Info Form and Camper Medical Form. Send to the retreat center address, you will receive back a confirmation letter.  Churches need to download and print out the Church Registration Form and complete it. After sending it along with the necessary camper forms to retreat center address, you will receive a conformation letter.
